Job Context:
∎ As a technical project manager, you will be taking responsibility for a specific project or several projects. You will be in charge of technical support, planning, budgeting, monitoring, code review and reporting the project with the use of various project management methodologies, tools and technologies.
∎ You will need to make sure that the project runs smoothly and stays on schedule. You will also need to update the progress of the project regularly to the upper management.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage at least a team of 10 engineers.
∎ Provide technical support to team.
∎ Defining project plan, objectives, scopes, roles & responsibilities.
∎ Code review.
∎ Effort estimation.
∎ Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements and track project costs to meet budget.
∎ Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones & activities.
∎ Provide project updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
∎ Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution life cycle.
∎ Managing and adjusting for project scope, schedule, and/or budget changes.
∎ Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Managing the delivery of the project according to the plan.
∎ Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks.
∎ Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
∎ Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.
∎ Ensure resource availability and allocation.
∎ Measure project performance using appropriate Project management tools.
∎ Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed.
∎ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
∎ Manage the software development projects and facilitate sprint releases.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Programming languages like Java/PHP/NodeJS/Python etc.
∎ Project management tools like JIRA, Redmine etc.
∎ Code review tools GitHub, Bitbucket etc.
∎ The applicants should have at least 5 years experience in Technical/Software Project Management.
∎ Project Management related certification is a plus
∎ Experience on OTA, Reservation System Management will be highly appreciated.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Open to discussion. Salary will be determined based on expertise and experience.
