Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determining project specifications and creating teamwork schedules.
∎ Assigning duties and reaching daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
∎ Coordinating with the team, management, and clients to make sure projects are finished on time and to specifications.
∎ Recognizing dangers and developing backup plans as soon as possible.
∎ Examining current procedures and planning meetings and training sessions to talk about improvements.
∎ Remaining current with market trends and advancements.
∎ Changing work schedules as necessary and addressing problems.
∎ Encouraging employees and providing a forum for them to address queries and complaints.
∎ Being open and honest with the team about difficulties, setbacks, and victories.
∎ Making presentations to the pertinent stakeholders and writing progress reports.
