Additional Requirements: Proven experience in business development, particularly in the software or IT services sector.

Understanding of the MENA, EMEA, and LATAM markets is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context: - Freelance Platform Mastery: Manage and build strong profiles on platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr. Develop strategies to bid on and win projects that align with our expertise.
- Crafting Tailored Proposals: Develop compelling, customized proposals that address client needs and showcase our solutions, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce to manage leads, monitor sales pipelines, and ensure timely follow-ups, lead scoring, and tracking.
- Lead Qualification & Pipeline Building: Evaluate and qualify leads, maintaining a robust sales pipeline to ensure continuous business growth.
- Regional Market Insight: Stay informed on software trends in the MENA, EMEA, and LATAM regions, understanding regional client pain points and offering tailored solutions.
- Pre-Sales & Negotiation: Drive pre-sales activities by securing client meetings, navigating negotiations, and assisting in guiding clients through their decision-making process.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest software trends, including custom solutions, cloud-based services (AWS, Serverless Apps, Microservices), and how they can benefit our clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Engage with clients to understand their technical needs, address concerns, and position Doodle Inc. as a reliable, go-to software provider.
