∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Information technology, Ticketing System
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Respond to employee inquiries via phone, email, or chat
∎ Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to the company's products or services
∎ Provide guidance and instructions on how to use and maintain the company's products or services
∎ Escalate and follow up on unresolved employee issues
∎ Collaborate with other teams, such as the development team, to identify and fix underlying issues
∎ Document employee interactions and technical issues in a ticketing system
∎ Stay up-to-date with new products and services and changes to existing products and services
∎ Provide feedback to the company on employee needs and technical issues
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication and customer service skills
∎ Experience with troubleshooting and diagnostic tools
∎ Experience with hardware and software installation and maintenance
∎ Strong problem-solving skills
∎ Experience with remote support is a plus
∎ Experience with a specific type of product or service is a plus
∎ Experience with a ticketing system is a plus
∎ Knowledge of ITIL methodology is a plus
