Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide real-time technical assistance for troubleshooting software issues.
∎ Conduct training sessions for clients to enhance system understanding and usability.
∎ Ensure the smooth operation of Medical & Healthcare platforms by performing routine checks and optimizations.
∎ Knowledge of TCP/IP Networking
∎ Collaborate with development teams to address customer-specific software needs.
∎ We are looking for hardworking, intelligent & self-driven candidates for an immediate appointment for the post of Technical Support Personnel.
