Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, CS, CA, Telecommunication
∎ Diploma in Computer/ Telecommunication/ Computer Application.
∎ General Subject/Bachelor Degree in any discipline (In case of experience and sound knowledge on Software Maintenance then education qualification will be relaxed).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer Support (On Messenger, Social Media and Over phone).
∎ Troubleshooting of database related web based telecommunication software.
∎ Reporting daily appointed tasks feedback to management and customer about software systems service and performance.
∎ Python, PHP, MySQL, MSSQL based software maintenance and configure.
∎ Regularly monitor existing software project for customer satisfaction.
∎ Actively participate in all aspects on running web based software configuration and testing.
∎ Office IT Network Monitoring & Reporting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Hindu and Other Religious are also Encourage to apply.
∎ Work with team environment with spirit and must ability to work in Roster (Day/Night) basis.
∎ Ready to work even in any National & Religious holiday and willingness to work long hours.
∎ Should be smart, energetic with excellent interpersonal & communication skills in English.
