Responsibilities & Context:
- If your language proficiency in English is Excellent, you are encouraged to apply.
- Fostering technical support and business sales relationships with foreign companies of International Telecom Enterprise and Aggregator.
- Give support and technical sales solution to overseas company and customers.
- Creation, maintenance and oversight of international customer and partner accounts, maintain payment flows and collectables, invoicing, negotiations.
- International Customers and Vendor finding on messenger, social media, over phone and give support and sales relates solution.
- Giving technical support and sales related activity to International Customer on messenger, social media and over phone.
- Willingness to work long hours by Roster (Day/Night) basis.
- Troubleshooting of database related web-based telecommunication software by 24/7.
- Reporting daily received and appointed tasks from software systems service.
- Reporting regular errors finding from software systems service and solution feedback to management and customers.
- Actively participating in all aspects on running web-based software service testing.
