Responsibilities & Context:
  • International Customer Support for A2P Messaging solution and service (Over Messenger/Microsoft Teams, Social media and Phone).
  • Troubleshooting of database related web-based telecommunication software by 24/7 hours.
  • Python, PHP, MySQL, MSSQL based software maintenance and configure.
  • Communicate with International business partners and must be in English.
  • Willingness to work long hours by Roster (Day/Night) basis form office and ability to adapt to changing environment.
  • Give support solution to overseas company (www.technexaca.com) and customers.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot A2P SMS traffic and analyze SMS campaign performance metrics.
  • Coordination with international telecommunication carriers and aggregators is required to resolve delivery-related routing challenges.
  • Reporting daily received and appointed tasks from software systems service.
  • Reporting regular errors finding from software systems service and solution feedback to management and customers.
  • Actively participate in all aspects on running web-based software service testing.
