Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer
∎ Diploma in Telecommunication/ Computer Application/Others
∎ General Subject in any discipline (experienced on Data Entry Operator, Software Maintenance; education qualification will be relaxed).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer Support (on messenger, social media and over phone).
∎ Monitoring of web-based telecommunication software by 24/7.
∎ Give solution to customers on web-based telecommunication software.
∎ Reporting daily received and appointed tasks from software systems service.
∎ Reporting regular errors finding from software systems service and solution feedback to management and customers.
∎ Actively participate in all aspects on running web-based software service testing.
∎ Willingness to work long hours.
∎ Office IT Network Monitoring & Reporting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
