  • Must expert on communication in English.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • International Customer Support (On Messenger, Social Media and Over phone).

  • Willingness to work long hours by Roster (Day/Night) basis.

  • Troubleshooting of database related web-based telecommunication software by 24/7.

  • Give support solution to overseas company (www.technexaca.com) and customers.

  • Python, PHP, MySQL, MSSQL based software maintenance and configure.

  • Reporting daily received and appointed tasks from software systems service.

  • Reporting regular errors finding from software systems service and solution feedback to management and customers.

  • Actively participate in all aspects on running web-based software service testing.

  • Office IT Network Monitoring & Reporting.
