Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE or EEE or ETE or IT
∎ M.Sc in CSE / EEE/ ETE / SE or any other related subject from a reputed public/private universities is preferable.

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The job responsibilities of a Technical Support Engineer may include but not limited to-
∎ Responding to customer inquiries: Must be able to respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, both over the phone and through email or chat (Skype, WeChat, WhatsApp etc.). He/ She should be able to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions that meet the customer's needs and needs to be responsive at earliest online queries.
∎ Diagnosing and resolving technical issues: Must be able to diagnose technical issues and provide solutions to resolve them. This may involve conducting research, running diagnostic tests, and working with other members of the technical support team to resolve complex issues.
∎ Providing training and support: May also be responsible for providing training and support to customers who are using new products or services. This may involve developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure that customers are able to use the product or service effectively.
∎ Documenting technical issues: Must be able to keep documentation for any technical issues and solutions, both for internal use and for customer reference. This documentation may include test reports, updating knowledge bases, and creating technical manuals or user guides.
∎ Staying up-to-date with new technology: Must stay up-to-date with new technology and industry trends in order to provide effective support to customers. This may involve attending training sessions, reading technical manuals and industry publications, and participating in professional development programs.
∎ On site support: May need to visit customer premises to check, test, troubleshoot and resolve the issues.
∎ Collaborating with other teams: Must be able to collaborate effectively with other team members to communicate technical issues and solutions effectively, and work together to develop long-term solutions that meet the needs of customers.
