Responsibilities & Context:
∎ International Customer Support for A2P Messaging solution and service (On Messenger/Microsoft Teams, Social Media and Over Phone).
∎ Willingness to work long hours by Roster (Day/Night) basis form office and Ability to adapt to changing environments.
∎ Troubleshooting of database related web-based telecommunication software by 24/7.
∎ Must expert on communication in English.
∎ Give support solution to overseas company (www.technexaca.com) and customers.
∎ Monitor and troubleshoot A2P SMS traffic and Analyze SMS campaign performance metrics.
∎ Coordinate with international carriers and aggregators to resolve routing or delivery challenges.
∎ Reporting daily received and appointed tasks from software systems service.
∎ Reporting regular errors finding from software systems service and solution feedback to management and customers.
∎ Actively participate in all aspects on running web-based software service testing.
