∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ (2-3) Years of relevant experience is preferable.
∎ Proficiency in database management systems in Microsoft SQL Server (or Oracle)·
∎ In-depth understanding of data management (e.g. permissions, recovery, security and monitoring).
∎ Hands-on experience with SQL.
∎ Previous experience as a Database Developer/ Database maintenance role will be given added advantages.
∎ Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes·
∎ Understanding the needs of front-end users and having a problem-solving mindset.
∎ (2-3) Years of relevant experience is preferable.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Data synchronization checking for a distributed system·
∎ Regular Database health check.
∎ Fix database usage problems and malfunctions.
∎ Monitor Replication process.
∎ Create and update database documentation.
∎ Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
∎ Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until the solved a technical issue·
∎ Prepare accurate and timely reports
