Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Degree Held: Preferably Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education
∎ Subject Expert In: IT engineering, information systems or related field preferred.

∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee day-to-day operations customer satisfaction and Technology Services and Workplace delivery of End User support in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment across different staff groups and coordinate the service with other regional leads & locations
∎ Primary escalation focal for Kontoor Brand Asia environment
∎ Ensure hardware availability is aligned with Kontoor Brands policies and Procedures
∎ Incident and task resolution via Kontoor Brands global ITSM tool
∎ Evaluate burgeoning technologies for potential future implementation in the business
∎ Work with Regional Operations and Retail 3rd party provider team along with desktop architecture on hardware and software management solutions
∎ Installation and Support of company required hardware (desktops, laptops, Point of Sales, printers, VoIP, scanners, mobile devices and software)
∎ Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Windows and Mac OS, local area networks and the Kontoor Brands wide area network
∎ Strong knowledge base of Cloud based operations and network architectures is a plus
∎ Meet all define incident and request SLA’s on assigned ticket
∎ Be a resource to the IT Platforms that may need assistance with Projects and support of the day to day IT Infrastructure at the location they support
∎ Help maintain an accurate stockroom inventory.
∎ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
∎ Create KB articles for internal and external support
∎ Provide guidance and support for MWP L1 technical staff
∎ Establishes working partnerships with internal partners to coordinate problem resolution for operational issues and ananlyse root cause issues to address underlying hardware or software problem.
∎ Provide tech bar type service for face to face engagement with Kontoor Brands associates
∎ Support conferencing/collaboration technology
∎ Hardware configuration and deployment following Kontoor Brands standards.
Salary:

∎ The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and /or abilities required for the individual to be successful in this position.
In depth technical knowledge of workstation and point of sale hardware and software, network and peripheral equipment like scanners, tape-drive, printers and mobile devices (Android/iOS)
Language skills: Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is an asset
Technical certifications are a plus such as MCSE, MCTS, A+, Cisco preferred
Strong Analytical Skills
