Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Textile related education will be appreciated. Such as Graduate from Textile University specially in wet process, Chemical etc.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing whole laboratory activities of the Company according to International standard (ISO/AATCC)
∎ Carry out scheduled calibration of equipment or instrument;
∎ Following up in-house tests keeping, liaison with production, fabric & merchant team and technical team for development & testing.
∎ Carry out regular quality assurance procedures for washing, colorfastness testing.
∎ Monitoring strictly product failure cause analysis.
∎ Directly support to the wash & fabrics team regarding technical briefing and quality related matter.
∎ Making regular plan for extended facilities of testing for the benefit of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on Garment washing, colorfastness & chemical testing.
∎ Self motivated and well disciplined to follow LWR wash SOP.
∎ Able to work independently and act proactively.
∎ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access).
∎ Able to communicate effectively with internal functions, vendor’s Merchandising team.
∎ Confident with “Can do” attitude.
