Experience:

• At least 5 years

Class 1 marine Engineer Officer COC with sailing experience as Chief Engineer on sea going vessels in any reputed company.

• At least 5 years

• Age At most 50 years

• At least 05 years experience in relevant field with minimum 02 years of experience as Chief Engineer or allied position in reputed Shipping Company.

• Highly Motivated, dynamic, experienced and able to work in his own initiatives.

• Excellent leadership skills is mandatory.

• Well conversant with collective negotiation skills & public speaking.

SR Shipping Limited is a sister concern of KSRM Group. SR Shipping Vessels are managed by Brave Royal Ship Management (BD) Ltd. Our vessels are Bulk Carrier DWT/45000-66000 with cargo gear. RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Technical Superintendent will have overall responsibility for the safe, economic and efficient operations of the assigned vessels and maintain RIGHTSHIP standard requirements.

• The candidate must be mentally & physically prepared to sail onboard (Short voyage) to carry out the technical inspection, voyage repair (etc.).

• To supervise overall Rightship inspection of vessels, at Chattogram and/or at abroad.

• To ensure vessels are managed and operated in accordance with standard operating procedure (SOP), others system with overall organizational policies.

• To ensure all procedures are adhered to and comply with International Safety Management (ISM) and classification rules.

• Possesses a strong understanding of the technical knowledge of ships and keeps abreast of industry standards regulations.

• Oversee allocation of resources to vessels.

• Any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
