Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify key gaps in material development and provide necessary suggestions to improve the quality of deliverables teaching.
∎ Ensure the quality of prepared materials, module and handout by ensuring its effectiveness.
∎ Support to formulate, maintain and document quality control standard and ongoing quality of education to achieve sectorial objectives.
∎ Structured the deliverables learning in the classroom and monitor their quality results
∎ Provide necessary technical support to Technical officers and program organizers
∎ Periodical evaluation of the overall quality of program in terms of materials, classroom teaching & learning environment,
∎ Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses of teachers and staffs
∎ Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees and teachers for the next step of their capacity building
∎ Build annual training program in consultation with project managers and deliver training courses
∎ Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior
∎ Periodically evaluate ongoing project to ensure that they reflect any changes
∎ Ensure the execution of planned training in consultation of sector Lead
∎ Upgrading knowledge on contemporary education by studying different kind of education journals, research papers and participating workshop and seminars on education.
∎ Facilitate necessary translation of documents with HQ BEP team for use in the field and education stakeholder
∎ Serve as training focal point for training teacher professional development
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good command in English and Bengali
∎ Good knowledge on development and training
∎ Clear concept on training module, tools and techniques, methodologies and material development
∎ Skills on preparing training plan and budgeting, training Facilitation and Using different training methods and techniques
∎ Excellent time management, leadership, analytical ability, multitasking, facilitation, Communication
∎ Have good experience in team management
∎ Good management skills in strategic level
∎ Presentation and report writing skills
∎ Excellent team player and building relationship
