Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years' working experience in development field, with preferably 2 years' experience in partnership based programming
∎ Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ Excellent strategic vision, with strong ability to be innovative, creative and proactive to see different scenarios and contingencies required to improve partners' capacity to deliver desired results and changes for children.
∎ Excellent training / facilitation, negotiation, conflict handling, presentation, networking and communication skills.
∎ Knowledge about core elements of approach to work in partnerships.
∎ Experience with supporting organizational capacity strengthening processes
∎ Extensive knowledge of and credibility with local and national NGO partners.
∎ Familiarity with humanitarian assistance and long-term development work to communicate effectively with partners.
∎ Proven knowledge and skill on the use of computer applications such as MS excel, word and power point
