Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is mainly responsible for overall coordination, planning, implementation, and management of Sponsorship funded Shishuder Jonno program in Gaibandha District. S/he will receive necessary technical guidance and assistance from Program Managers for smooth implementation of Early Childhood Care and Development, Basic Education, Child Marriage prevention and Child Protection interventions including different innovations and studies implementation through implementing partner/strategic partner at the field level in a cost effective and integrated manner. S/he will be responsible for providing capacity building support to team members of project/implementing partners and strategic partners to ensure quality deliverables of the program; S/he will be responsible for document learnings/processes/successes/study findings from field level in close interaction with implementing partner and relevant Managers of SJ Program. S/he will ensure timely operational support with necessary materials and logistics in the field, follow up and track timely budget expenditure through close coordination with finance and administration, relevant Managers and implementing partner as per need of program. This position will maintain strong coordination with relevant government departments' officials at district and sub-district level and carryout local level advocacy with different GO/NGOs/private agencies including partner NGO for cooperation, collaboration and showcase programs of Gaibandha district/sub-district level whenever necessary.
∎ S/he will capture field update and data, review progress, identify challenges and overcoming strategies in collaboration with colleagues for farther improvement of the identified areas and provide intensive support in preparation of reports of Shishuder Jonno Program

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 years relevant working experiences including 3 years on supervisory level.
∎ Strong ability in problem solving and decision making.
∎ Excellent ability in resource and people management
∎ Excellence skill on dealing with beneficiaries, local people, and elites.
∎ Supportive supervision and motivation skills.
∎ Skilled in documentation, facilitation & reporting.
∎ Willing to drive motorcycle in the field as and when required.
∎ Computer literacy having good skills both in using commonly used software (MS Word, MS Excel, Power point and other software
