Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years of relevant working experience in a development or humanitarian setting, preferably in an Education and Education in Emergency (EiE) program.
∎ Advanced knowledge of pedagogy, teaching & learning and material development.
∎ Facilitation and module development on formal and non-formal education programs.
∎ Myanmar Curriculum (MC) and Accelerated Learning Program - content & competencies, particularly primary levels.
∎ Clear understanding of the Rohingya response situation of the country, technology-based education, formal and non-formal education theories, and practices.
∎ Ability to articulate concepts and ideas related to education, make presentations, and deliver quality written reports.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
