Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree preferably in Social Sciences or relevant discipline and Certificates in relevant field will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:

∎ Contract Length: Up to March 30, 2023

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year's experience preferably in Child Protection preferably in a national or international organization, including 3 years in a supervisory role
∎ Ability to supervise the team, and coordination skills between case management services, and child-friendly spaces
∎ Knowledge of child rights and child protection issues in Bangladesh as well as Case Management Process and child protection system strengthening
∎ Experience in providing/ facilitating training, meeting
∎ Experience and skill in documenting, reporting, analyzing, and summarizing qualitative data.
∎ Sound knowledge of using MS Office, and the internet
