Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of 5 years of working experience in communication of which preferably 3 years' campaign experience in an NGO environment, with experience in successfully leading the development and implementation of campaign strategies
∎ Experience of developing campaign plans, with the knowledge and understanding of a range of campaign tactics, and a track record of implementing successful campaigns.
∎ Experience in driving evidence-based advocacy initiatives that includes building/managing relationships with policymakers, developing advocacy products and following up
∎ Excellent understanding of advocacy and campaigning environment in Bangladesh
∎ Understanding of how to connect children's issues with public opinion and actions
∎ Demonstrable understanding of public participation in campaigning and of public activism tactics and motivations
∎ Experience in leading the creation and implementation of a strategy, demonstrating the ability to identify the necessary steps towards an ambitious goal.
∎ Knowledge of policy environment, processes and structures
∎ Excellence in written and spoken English and Bangla, including demonstrated ability to respond to media in professional Bangla, either written or spoken
∎ Excellent knowledge about computer operations specially MS Office package
