Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 14 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive implementation and delivery of large-scale initiatives.
∎ Lead agile engineering and design teams to coordinate, prioritize and deliver to a defined roadmap
∎ Understand service interdependencies and lead cross-functional teams towards technical solutions for multi-tiered systems
∎ Clarify, prioritize and drive project commitments as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability
∎ Articulate program goals, desired outcomes, risks/issues and mitigation plan clearly
∎ Mentor junior employees and build effective teams
∎ Support and enhance existing products with thoughtful and measurable impact

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
∎ 10+ years of relevant engineering experience
∎ 7+ years of technical project management experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex software projects
∎ Experience with agile methodologies
∎ Experience with project delivery for large, cross functional projects involving partner teams inside and outside your organization
∎ Experience developing Internet products and technologies
