Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research market trends to understand about new fashion trend.
∎ Keep up to date with emerging fashion trends.
∎ Develop idea and produce design by hand or using computer-aided design (CAD).
∎ Collaborate with technical, Production and marketing team.
∎ Organize all samples and showroom.
∎ Managing all production related activities in a large Woven factory.
∎ Managing work production department and implementing processes to improve efficiency.
∎ Help analyze and assess product risks during the development, start-up/pilot runs and production.
∎ Production Planning and follow up to reduce downtime.
∎ Identify causes and actionable steps to improve product.
∎ Analyze and assess Buyer/Customer feedback.
∎ Managing all kind of Inspection & Audit related issues.
∎ Tact fully handles all kind of worker/labor related issues.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.

∎ Age at least 38 years

∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, Strong communication skills , team work, Technical knowledge
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Woven Industry (R&D and Sample- Blouse, Dress & Shirts)
∎ Fashion Designing in Woven Factory.
∎ Ability to understand the concepts and trends of global fashion industries.
∎ Proficiency in English language
∎ Good communication skill in writing and Speaking.
