∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Industry
∎ Skills Required: Accurate Sample Development, Sample Making
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicate with the technical person/buyer to clarify buyer requirements/comments (if required)
∎ Review & understand buyer comments on pattern & sample and ensure corrections if needed
∎ Ensure optimum efficiency of CAD
∎ Ensure timely and accurate marker delivery to cutting section
∎ Ensure reduction of process loss & wastage like fabric wastage, rejection, extra working hours etc.
∎ Coordinate with required depts. & review progress periodically
∎ Ensure all styles are risk assessed & manage with high-risk standards
∎ Establish & maintain operational guidelines, procedures & practices, including documentation of standard operating procedures for all recurring processes and activities
∎ To maintain updated fitting SOP, pattern & specifications and other relevant documents
∎ Attend buyer’s meetings like PP, size-set, technical, and corrective action plan meetings
