Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline, Diploma in Textile Engineering
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: related to the job
∎ Training/Trade Course: Related to the job
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, Good capacity to work under pressure, Good communication skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): AutoCAD, Excellent computer literacy
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have goods knowledge about Program, design and quality to supervision of sample department to output required samples with quality's according to the capacity.
∎ Must have good knowledge of sample development, approve sample, swatch matching & finishing quality in order to maintain a good standard product for executing shipment smoothly for the nominated customers
∎ Sound knowledge about jersey & all kinds of knitting/garments manufacturing.
∎ Check samples against product specifications to ensure that they meet customers' quality standards.
∎ Having knowledge on kids safety standard for USA customers is a plus
∎ Able to check all kinds of sample & communication with customers/buying house.
∎ Having experienced and capable of handling buyers independently on Quality Assurance matters.
∎ Ensure works were inspected by the respective QCCs in accordance with the Quality Control System.
∎ Provide technical support to merchandisers, factories and customers to ensure product quality.
∎ Assess risk in the sample development process, and identify the difficulties that may arise during the pre-production stage. Able to simplify the process in the sample stage.
∎ Able to give solutions to any pattern-related mistake/difficulties.
∎ Must have knowledge of all kinds of Jig patterns.
∎ Knowledge of CAD (lectra/Gerber/bok) will be considered an additional advantage.
∎ Overseeing all production processes and ensuring these processes are efficient and effective.
∎ Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the apparel industry, and developing and implementing new technologies to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of the factory.
∎ Must be able to quickly and effectively solve any problems that arise in the factory.
∎ Overseeing the quality control process in the factory to ensure that products meet the required standards and specifications.
∎ Must be continuously looking for ways to improve processes in the factory, and must be able to identify and implement new processes that can increase efficiency.
∎ Able to provide technical-related training and development opportunities for staff.
∎ Any other assignment will be provided by the top management.
