Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering or above
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have good knowledge of various washing on denim & dyeing
∎ Must have good knowledge of modern washing technological machineries e.g. e-flow, up & core system washing machine, ozone & foaming machine etc.
∎ Must have the capability of improving any issue regarding the buyer required testing parameters like as tearing strength, seam strength, color fastness (Rubbing, water-perspiration, ozone etc.)
∎ Must have practical knowledge of sustainable washes (Saving the water & chemical consumption).
∎ Must have strong leadership & following up capability of own team.
∎ Analyzing, controlling, reducing capability of washing cost & wastage
∎ Managing, monitoring and improving capability of operational performance through process improvement, worker training and modern technology utilization.
∎ Target fixing & achieving the production as per the shipment plan to ensure the on time delivery
∎ Maintaining & ensuring safe, clean & organized floor following 5s methodology.
∎ Ensuring maximum efficiency of all machines, optimum production, on-time delivery of goods, and standard quality.
∎ Performing any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
