• Should have strong knowledge of denim washing / dyeing/dry process laser, innovation, sustainably capabilities, and hands-on experience in R&D.

• Communicate with the marketing and merchandising teams to develop denim wash products that meet buyer standards and requirements.
• Manage full R&D section, and forecast to ensure maximum utilization of machines and resources.
• Develop and implement new denim wash techniques, finishes, and effect.
• Conduct research and analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, , and design teams.
• Design and execute experiments, tests, and trials to achieve desired wash results.
• Optimize wash processes to reduce costs and improve overall efficiency.
• Ensure strict compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, wash standards, and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, materials, and industry innovations.
