Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile engineering from any reputed University.
∎ Educational qualification may relaxed for expertise in relevant area.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical support for garment construction and quality related issues. Develop and trained technical associates and factories to align with technical requirements of the brand.
∎ Provide technical advice and support to Sales/Merchandising Design Team and supporting factories.
∎ Responsible for fitting approval, size set, pattern and technical problem solving.
∎ Risk assessment for development samples. Evaluate the sampling for the production, Identify any difficulties that may arise during the pre-production and product estimate the efficiency.
∎ To inform the accuracy and confirmation to the buyer that bulk production will adhere to approved sample.
∎ To confirm the measurement and all yarn consumption requirements.
∎ To ensure perfection in programming and designing charts.
∎ On time delivery of samples.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
∎ Excellent communication skill is must
∎ Should have good knowledge in computer
∎ Able to communicate with buyer
