Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Technical Lead having professional experience and deep knowledge on ASP.NET and web application development having good knowledge of object-oriented programming, software design principles and patterns.
∎ As a Technical Lead, you will be guiding a software development team of 10-12 members doing proper requirement analysis, estimation, system design, implementation and code review. You will be working for a product with heavy transactions that is mainly a Sales Force Automation and Distributor Management system, currently running for more than 15 prominent clients including major Multinational Companies.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design maintainable and efficient solution according to user requirements.
∎ Guide programmers to implement solution as per the design.
∎ Review the code of team members to ensure proper quality.
∎ Build the team to deliver quality software in a timely manner and continuously improve the development process.
∎ Ensure high-quality code by applying appropriate level of testing and metrics.
∎ Evaluate and recommend tools and/or technologies to provide solution according to client requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience of leading a team of software developers.
∎ Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
∎ Working experience of building web application using ASP.net, web forms, MVC, REST/SOAP API and SQL server.
∎ Must be able to learn new technologies, tools, and techniques quickly and with minimal supervision.
∎ Must be proactive and able to execute tasks efficiently.

∎ Nice to have:
∎ Experience in .NET Core, Angular.
∎ Working experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular
∎ Experience of tuning the IIS. Familiarity with Azure/AWS services.
∎ Knowledge of performance tuning in SQL Server database level.
Salary: Tk. 90000 - 110000 (Monthly)
