- Age 21 to 28 years
- Strong communication skills in Bangla and English (both written and spoken).
- Must have good working knowledge of MS Office package (good in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Must be familiar with concepts of cloud storage (Google Drive/One Drive). Cloud computing, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, computer hardware specifications etc.
- Must have exposure in using different state of the art web and mobile apps.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a young, energetic graduate who wants to gain professional experience in software support/testing.
- You must be genuinely interested in making a long-term career in this field.
- You need to be open to new ideas, easy to get along and keen to put long hours to learn the trade.
- You will be required to provide training on the use of the software, help in initial setup of the software and act as help during the operation of the software.
- You will be involved in testing of the software both manually and using testing tools.
- Provide support for software-related issues and troubleshoot as needed.
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and support requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the development team to address and resolve the problems.
- Document and track issues, solutions, and follow-up actions.
