Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in any discipline.
∎ Graduate/ Post graduate degree in Textile Engineering/IPE, major in Garment/ Apparel Manufacturing Technology from BUTEX or any reputed university will get preference .
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all technical issues of garments and fabrics.
∎ Coordinate with production planning, line layout & machine maintenance activities.
∎ Evaluate all types of sample: Development, Proto, Fit, Size set, Jump size set, Seal, Buyer ref, etc. with a feasibility study of product & risk analysis. Timely identifying & resolving mass production impracticality.
∎ Handle sample inspection and sample approval by reviewing construction, measurements, patterns, workmanship, garments outlook presentation, fitting (dummy and model), on fit sample and size set.
∎ Recommend the process simplification & cost saving alternative options.
∎ Review pilot run, and monitor mass production for complex product and new vendor.
∎ Perform special assignment and case study for continuous improvement in quality & productivity.
∎ Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly.
∎ Ensuring all quality & production issue by auditing & controlling.
∎ To provide approval such as print, embroidery, wash as per buyer's requirement.
∎ Lead staffs to ensure final product quality with zero NCs.
