Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters degree in any discipline.
∎ Graduate/Post graduate degree in Textile Engineering, major in Garment/ Apparel Manufacturing Technology from BUTEX or any reputed university will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Sourcing, production unit, sample material, fabric material and get approval.
∎ Responsible for product development and order follow up.
∎ Plan wise on time booking placement and ensure on time material at factory.
∎ Communicate with overseas customers, factories and internal parties to ensure product samples and bulk production are met with clients' requirements.
∎ Lead sample development and PP meeting with consumption check and finalize during development.
∎ Provide advice on design and samples to meet customers' requirements.
∎ Handle production problems and work with factories / suppliers to provide solutions.
∎ Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to to meet quantity, quality, order specification and delivery dates requirements.
∎ Monitor and check production status & Handle customers' inquiries.
∎ Keep liaison with various departments in factories, buyers & suppliers for ensuring healthy business.
