Experience:

• At least 2 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production

• At least 2 years

• Proficient in English speaking, reading and writing.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with email proficiency.

• Good knowledge of TPM pillars, OEE, loss analysis, risk assessment, machine programming, PLC & Auto CAD.

• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.

• Excellent skills/ability in both Bengali & English are required to maintain proper communication with local & foreign concerns.

• Thorough skills & knowledge (theory and on-the-job) of TPM 8 Pillars Activities are essential for strong monitoring of Circle Activities as well as conducting step-wise audits.

• Experience using communication software for these controllers is required for program transfer, modification, and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with different logic controllers from brands such as Omron, Yasukawa, Keyence, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Proface, IAI, etc., is necessary.

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel is expected, along with extensive knowledge of the latest functions for data handling, formatting, and publishing.

• Must have Knowledge of Creating Automation flow using Power automate Desktop and web version.

• Transfer & Copy Machine Program & Data from different PLC, Touch Panel & Servo drivers.

• Daily Check Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Data & find out automation related problems (if any) in the system.

• Create and maintain Section Wise OEE data file, Machine Utilization Ratio, Top 10 losses (Performance & Availability) data analysis and share with sections concern persons.

• Assist all sections and provide Kaizen ideas and information (verbal, written, drawn) in different kaizen activities & maintain database.

• Assist all the necessary works of our dept. that ask for, as per the requirement.

• Make Different Meeting Presentation (PPT.) Slides & Explain in the Meeting.

• Risk Assessment Ability of related all activities to ensure zero accident.

• Prepare Yearly Activities Detail Plan for TPM Dept. & Monthly Personal Objectives (KPI).

• Report to the dept. Manager & top management as well as YKK Japan about Progress of TPM activities when required.
