Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Software Engineering/ IT related field from any recognized university.
Proficiency in using documentation design tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, specifically diagram drawing tools like Visio, and Figma will be considered an advantage.
Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, and writing style.
Ability to comprehend complex technical information and present it in a simplified manner.
Strong research and analytical abilities.
Proven track record of preparing comprehensive technical documents for public sector IT projects, including:·
Request for Proposal (RFP), Expression of Interest (EOI), Terms of Reference (ToR) and presentation for public & private sectors ·
Requirement Specifications (SRS, BRS, FRS)·
User Manuals, Deployment Guides and Training Materials·
Project Progress Reports, Inception Reports, and Final Reports.
Collaborate with project management, software development, QA, business & System analysis, and project teams to gather inputs and convert them into structured documentation.
Ensure all documentation complies with government standards, donor requirements, and project-specific templates.
Maintain version control and documentation repository for easy retrieval and reference.
Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and reader-friendly formats.
Review and edit project proposals and tender documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity.
Support content development for training sessions, workshops, and awareness programs related to e-Government solutions.
