Additional Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Software Engineering/ IT related field from any recognized university.

  • Proficiency in using documentation design tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, specifically diagram drawing tools like Visio, and Figma will be considered an advantage.

  • Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, and writing style.

  • Ability to comprehend complex technical information and present it in a simplified manner.

  • Strong research and analytical abilities.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Proven track record of preparing comprehensive technical documents for public sector IT projects, including:·        

    Request for Proposal (RFP), Expression of Interest (EOI), Terms of Reference (ToR) and presentation for public & private sectors ·        

    Requirement Specifications (SRS, BRS, FRS)·        

    User Manuals, Deployment Guides and Training Materials·        

    Project Progress Reports, Inception Reports, and Final Reports.

  • Collaborate with project management, software development, QA, business & System analysis, and project teams to gather inputs and convert them into structured documentation.

  • Ensure all documentation complies with government standards, donor requirements, and project-specific templates.

  • Maintain version control and documentation repository for easy retrieval and reference.

  • Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and reader-friendly formats.

  • Review and edit project proposals and tender documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity.

  • Support content development for training sessions, workshops, and awareness programs related to e-Government solutions.
