IT Enabled Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create IT related documentation including process flows, job aids, technical diagrams, and how-to guides.
∎ Partner with IT team members on the content, flow, and format of the documentation to ensure information is accurate and logical.
∎ Maintain and update documentation as needed when systems or process enhancements are completed.
∎ Help prepare and roll out communication regarding features and releases.
∎ Support users of the documentation with questions and trainings as needed.
∎ Design and deliver quality custom software applications training, using various methods (pre-recorded, one-on-one, etc), that meets the expectations of the trainee audience.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in technical writing or instructional design to create information products for software.
∎ Ability to create technical documentation about the interactions between systems and databases.
∎ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Comfortable with public speaking and presenting training to end-users.
∎ Ability to work independently and manage workload with limited supervision.
∎ Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
∎ Advanced research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Working knowledge of Financial industry preferred but not required.
∎ Experience in Azure DevOps Wiki or Mondayblog or API documentation is a plus
Salary: Tk. 90000 - 110000 (Monthly)
