∎ Skills Required: BI Analytical tools, Business Development, Enterprise Architecture, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Software development life cycle (SDLC)

∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards
∎ Gain a deep understanding of products and services, and translate complex information into simple, polished, engaging content
∎ Write user-friendly content that meets the target audience’s needs
∎ Develop and maintain a detailed database of reference materials, including research,usability tests, and design specifications
∎ Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research, outline, write, and edit content, working closely with various stakeholders and internal teams to understand project requirements and obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
∎ Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation
∎ Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and developer guides
∎ Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
∎ Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
∎ Create and maintain the information architecture
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ B.Sc. Background and excellent English communication skills
∎ Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
∎ Ability to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to detail
∎ Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and simplify for general purposes
∎ Excellent written and communication skills in English
∎ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
∎ Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent preferred
∎ Previous experience in Software Development or Technical Document Writing
∎ Critical analysis skills – cause and effect reasoning and resolution
Salary: Negotiable
