B. Sc or M. Sc in Computer Science and Engineering/relevant subject from any reputed University.
Vendor certification in relevant subjects will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation including User guide, API references, Help articles, Release notes, and Internal SOPs.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather accurate, up-to-date information.
Translate complex technical concepts into structured, easy-to-understand content.
Ensure consistency in tone, structure, and formatting across all documents.
Update and revise documentation in line with product changes or feedback.
Create visual content (diagrams, flowcharts, and annotated screenshots) to enhance comprehension.
Support on boarding, training, and support teams with relevant documentation assets.
Organize and manage documentation repositories for easy access and version tracking.
Probationary period is Six months; after successful completion of the period, salary will be increased as per salary structure of the organization.
Upon confirmation as a permanent staff member, they will be entitled to three festival bonuses, welfare benefits, and other facilities in accordance with the organization`s policy.
