Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Agriculture, Livestock, Social Science, Development Studies or any other relevant discipline from Public/National University.

∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Technical Coordinator GEE will be responsible for coordinating and implementing economic empowerment related activities at the district level. S/he will provide technical support to the Field Facilitators GEE for selecting targeted households and implementing capacity development activities for beneficiaries taking apprenticeship, wage and self-employment pathways. S/he will coordinate with the Upazila Coordinator and the Technical Specialist GEE in Plan’s Barisal Divisional Office.
∎ Major Deliverables:
∎ Develops the plans for household selection as per the approved criteria and rolls it out.
∎ Trains and directly supervises the Field Facilitators for developing family and business development plans for the beneficiaries.
∎ Leads the market scans in the assigned geographical areas
∎ Ensures assets transfer as per the approved list of beneficiaries
∎ Monitors the growth of the business interventions and wages and self-employment.
∎ Reports to the project’s Team Manager and based in Burhanuddin, Bhola.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 05 years prior experience to work this type of position with NGO.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and well-developed written and oral communications skills in English and Bengali
∎ Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Practicing gender and cultural diversity
∎ Able to drive motorcycle and will have valid driving license.
Salary: Tk. 35431 - 38620 (Monthly)
