∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Master’s degree in Gender and Development studies or Master’s in any discipline with a certification course in gender and development.

∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in gender-focused project management, including design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
∎ Experience in inclusion analysis with the ability to identify and address barriers faced by marginalized groups.
∎ Ability to facilitate gender-sensitive workshops and consultations. Proficiency in gender frameworks, such as CEDAW, SDGs, and gender-responsive budgeting.
∎ A valid motorcycle driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support in gender-focused/gender responsive/transformative project management, including design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
∎ Make support in inclusion analysis with the ability to identify and address barriers faced by marginalized groups.Ensure In-depth knowledge of best practices, approaches, and methodologies related to equity, inclusion, and women’s engagement.
∎ Facilitate gender-sensitive workshops and consultations.
∎ Familiarity with gender frameworks, such as CEDAW, SDGs, and gender-responsive budgeting.
∎ Collaborate with program teams to ensure gender-sensitive approaches are incorporated in activities and events.
∎ Provide basic technical assistance to partners on gender-responsive governance practices.
∎ Maintain close collaboration with project stakeholders, ensuring regular communication on gender-related interventions.
∎ Track and report on progress of gender activities in line with project goals and donor requirements.
∎ Collect and maintain gender-disaggregated data for monitoring and reporting purposes.
∎ Assist in documenting lessons learned and best practices related to gender and social inclusion.
∎ Assist program development/Grants Management in establishing log frames, for drafting donor project proposals as well as throughout the project implementation.
∎ Review and analyze weekly/monthly/quarterly reports with the Project Manager to identify the causes of potential bottlenecks in project implementation and to enhance quality of reporting relating to project interventions.
∎ Ensure spiritual concepts and holistic approach in communication, service delivery, administration and  resolution of conflicts.
∎ Ensure religious values and organizational values of staff.
∎ Comply with WRB and LAMB policies and practices and donor compliance with respect to child protection, health and safety,      equal opportunity and other relevant policies and procedures.
∎ Disseminate & practice organizational practices, values, policies and objectives.
∎ Job Summary: The Technical Coordinator- Gender is responsible for ensuring in implementing strategies to integrate gender perspectives across the project activities for the project. She is expected to take the lead on Gender responsive interventions implementation. She is also responsible for developing strategy to engage community influential for accelerating the social diffusion of gender-equitable behaviors and attitude to integrate in project activities of project. S/he will be expected to mentor and/or build the capacity of project staffs on gender development. She will be the key personnel to train staff and key stakeholders on gender transformative concepts and will be the focal point person of the safeguarding committee of LAMB and represent on behalf of the project. She will collaborate with the program teams in reviewing and preparing monthly, quarterly and final narrative and financial reports. The incumbent is also responsible for ensuring use of appropriate tools and process at all stages.

∎ Beyond this, Integration of spiritual, emotional & social health:
∎ Ensure spiritual concepts and holistic approach in communication, service delivery, administration and  resolution of conflicts.

∎ Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary: Around Tk. 44,850 per month gross. Other benefits include provident fund, festival allowance once per year, and critical illness and death benefit.
