Experience:
Diploma in Midwifery from a government approved training institute with valid BNMC registration.
Candidates should have minimum 7-9 years of experience in health relevant project and must have wide knowledge on SRHR, MNCH, gender & other family/social issues that influence women & adolescent health.
Trained on health components, especially SRHR, MNCH and Fistula, including monitoring, documentation and reporting.
Valid motorcycle driving license preferred.
Age: Maximum 35 years (Flexible for experienced candidates).

There are vacancies for the following contractual positions at the LAMB under Community Health and Development Program (CHDP), for Preventing and Rehabilitating Obstetric and Surgical Fistula through Gender-Responsive Reproductive Health Education and Strengthened Services (PROGRESS) project, with a three-year project duration.
Job Location: Upazila level, Rajshahi District.
Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Coordinator will provide technical support to health service providers at UH&FWCs and sub-centres involved in the SRH and MNCH service-focused project implemented by CHDP-LAMB. She will also coordinate with project management and local health facilities to ensure the delivery of SRH and MNCH services for women and adolescents. In addition, she will facilitate management committee meetings, conduct technical training for healthcare providers, and coordinate with committee members. She will monitor the day-to-day activities of Midwives and CSBAs assigned to the health facilities and report to management. She will also assess the performance of management committees and service quality for recognition through star awarding. The QAC will ensure quality care by conducting regular follow-up visits and providing on-the-job coaching to service providers in accordance with the spiritual values of LAMB, while demonstrating leadership to midwives and CSBAs. She will be responsible for adhering to child and vulnerable adult protection policies and reporting any allegations, concerns, suspicions, or disclosures of abuse or neglect to the appropriate authorities as outlined in the policies.
Salary: Around Tk. 33,000/- per months gross.
