- Practical knowledge of Microcredit operations
- Willingness to work in field level
- Motorcycle driving skill will be considered

- Basic computer knowledge required (g-Bangker Software)
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect members at field level
- Form groups and conduct regular group meetings
- Collect loan installments and maintain records
- Maintain regular communication with members
- Submit field reports to Branch Manager
- Support branch microcredit activities as per organizational policy
