Educational Requirements:
∎ S.S.C/ H.S.C or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering from any recognized institute.
∎ Educational qualification can be relaxed for experienced candidates.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take preventive action and daily maintenance of all the sewing machines.
∎ Provide full support for smooth running of all sewing machine of the center.
∎ Troubleshoot for all the sewing, embroidery and others machine.
∎ Keep maintenance as per schedule of the sewing, embroidery & others machine.
∎ Keep maintenance records of the sewing machine.
∎ Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
∎ Provide support & maintenance in electrical & electronics at the center.
∎ Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
∎ Repair and maintenance of all kinds of electro mechanical machineries.
∎ Use standard quality cable, electrical tools/ equipment’s and machineries.
∎ Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
∎ Proper utilization & maintenance of generator.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Maintain any other job as assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge about sewing machine, embroidery machine, electrical & electronics work, electrical tools & equipment, circuit breakers & transformer/generator maintenance.
∎ Knowledge about inspection on electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects.
∎ Knowledge on safeguarding.
∎ Skilled in sewing machine, embroidery machine & others machine repair and maintenance.
∎ Maintenance record keeping.
∎ Skills in assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring
∎ Proper communication skill to stakeholders.
∎ Empathy, Ownership, Agility, Relationship building and Partnering, Execution excellence.
∎ Demonstrated ability to think technically, prioritize and meet deadlines in a complex and challenging environment; must be culturally sensitive.
∎ Ability to operate in a complex organization, across functions and work on own initiative and collaboratively as part of diverse teams.
