Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in preferably in Development Studies/Business Administration/Agricultural science or any related field.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 years' experience in the livelihoods sector and preferably 5 years working experience in private sector engagement. Candidates having experience in market system development will be given preference.
∎ Extensive experience working in and with the private sector, market systems approach, inclusive business/market models, and public-private partnerships.
∎ Knowledge of technical skills development, labor law, related national policies and institutions especially related to private sector engagement and market development strategies.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
∎ Computer literacy (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills including patience, diplomacy, willingness to listen, and respect for colleagues and outside contacts.
