Educational Requirements:

∎ Previous experience in customer service or food service roles is preferred.

∎ Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
∎ Passion for coffee and bakery products.
∎ Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deliver exceptional customer service by taking orders and serving food and beverages with utmost professionalism.
∎ Adhere to brand standards while skillfully preparing coffee, espresso, and other beverages. Additionally, proficiently handle the preparation of Bistro menu food items.
∎ Assist in the display and replenishment of tantalizing bakery products.
∎ Maintain the cafe and seating areas in impeccable cleanliness and organization.
∎ Efficiently handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
∎ Collaborate seamlessly with the team to ensure a harmonious and streamlined workflow.
∎ Inventory Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Previous experience in customer service or food service roles is preferred.
