∎ Familiarity with coffee brewing techniques and bakery products.
∎ Basic knowledge of financial management, reporting, and inventory control.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide comprehensive support to the Manager in daily operations and decision-making.
∎ Assist in managing and mentoring cafe staff, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and standards.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales, inventory, and financial reports to assist in strategic decision-making.
∎ Guarantee a superlative customer experience by upholding service excellence and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
∎ Contribute to the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to drive sales and promote the brand.
∎ Maintain a welcoming, well-organized, and captivating cafe environment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within the hospitality industry.
