∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and bakery products.
∎ Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and manage daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the cafe.
∎ Coordinate tasks and delegate responsibilities to cafe staff, optimizing workflow and service delivery.
∎ Uphold impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the cafe.
∎ Deliver remarkable customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
∎ Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment to maintain optimal levels.
∎ Collaborate with the management team to implement operational strategies and enhance overall efficiency.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ Proven experience in a shift management or supervisory role, preferably within the coffee and bakery industry.
∎ Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
∎ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with composure.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
