Educational Requirements:

∎ Sound knowledge of coffee and bakery operations.
∎ Proficiency in financial management, reporting, and budgeting.
∎ Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.

∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and manage all aspects of the cafe's daily operations, ensuring seamless functionality and exceptional customer service.
∎ Foster a positive and productive work environment by training and mentoring cafe staff.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve revenue targets.
∎ Monitor inventory levels, optimize costs, and ensure unwavering commitment to quality standards.
∎ Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues to maintain customer loyalty.
∎ Maintain immaculate cleanliness, uncompromising hygiene, and exemplary safety standards throughout the cafe premises.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Demonstrated experience as a manager or in a similar leadership role within the coffee and bakery industry.
∎ Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Profound knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, bakery products, and food safety regulations.
∎ Proficiency in financial management, inventory control, and sales reporting.
