Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Management, Social Science, Development Studies or any other relevant discipline from Public/National University.
∎ Skills Required: Project Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Technical and managerial support to implementation process of the project with detail operation plan and budget mentioned in the project proposal and agreement.
∎ Monitor project progress regularly, make necessary adjustments and keep the project in track to achieve the ultimate outcome.
∎ Ensure to establish a system of monitoring framework to manage project performance following result framework.
∎ Work closely with district authority to review child marriage prevention plan jointly and achieve the targets.
∎ Provide support and guidance to the project team in implementing the project activities smoothly.
∎ Necessary & effective coordination with GO, LGI, NGOs, Donors and other relevant stakeholders.
∎ Prepare qualitative and quantitative periodical report & documentation of the project.
∎ Update project financial implication and have necessary approval.
∎ Ensure budgetary control and provide justification of budget variance.
∎ Share the updated project information and receive necessary feedback/suggestion to implement the project effectively.
∎ Build networks with Upazila and District service providers and link with communities and local level service providers.
∎ Prepare reports ensuring quality and compliances of Shushilan, Plan International Bangladesh and donor.
∎ Advocacy at local and district level on child marriage prevention and other project related important issues.
∎ S/he will responsible for quality ensuring and improvement of the SRHR activity in field level.
∎ Work with communication teams to capture best practices, successes stories and other achievements.
∎ Represent and participate in different meeting, workshop and seminar to highlight the project and organizations
∎ Regular field visit and provide technical support to project staff
∎ Performance management of the team members, their capacity building and initiate appropriate disciplinary measures as and when necessary.
∎ Act as a focal point of child protection and gender of the concern district.
∎ Ensure child protection and gender issues among the intervention

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 05 years prior project management experience with NGO
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and well-developed written and oral communications skills in English and Bengali
∎ Team building capacity
∎ Strong critical and analytical thinking capabilities
∎ Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Practicing gender and cultural diversity
∎ Able to operate Zoom/Team/Skype etc.
∎ Able to drive motorcycle and will have valid driving license

Salary: Tk. 74982 (Monthly)
