Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/ Post Graduation from reputed public / private University or College with minimum Second Class/ division in all examinations.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set Sales Targets and Motivate Sales Team
∎ Ability to achieve team target
∎ Train, and Coach the Sales Team
∎ Prepare Sales Reports
∎ Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
∎ Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
∎ Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
∎ Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∎ Act as the single point of contact between the bank and customers/ stakeholders

Additional Requirements:
∎ Having experience in Tele Sales will be an added advantage
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Ability to source new business through own initiative
∎ Computer literacy (MS Office) & Analytical ability
∎ Good communication skill (both written & verbal) and excellent interpersonal Skill
